Then you don’t build a business around that audience. You can serve them in other ways: Volunteer, Raise Money, Launch projects that support that community.
For your business to be sustainable, you NEED an audience who is willing and able to pay you.
As you make consistent profit, you can choose to sow into those projects and programs that matter to you. In fact, bringing in consistent profit, enables and equips you to reach out without the stress, fear, and worry of not being able to sustain yourself.
